Born into a food-loving Cuban family in Miami, Danielle worked in some of America's finest restaurants before moving to Sydney in 2016. There, she headed up Paddington restaurant, Fred's, for five and a half years - the go-to spot for seasonal, farm-to-table cooking. Danielle will be taking over Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney Restaurant in Surry Hills for the night to create delicious meals for people in need.
